1. Acceptance

NexConsole is operated by Chandra Wijaya as Owner & Founder. In this document, “NexConsole”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the services operated by Chandra Wijaya.

By accessing the website, requesting a quotation, making payment, or using our services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you have lawful authority.

2. Service scope

NexConsole provides information, consultation, readiness reviews, administrative assistance, and other services described in a written quotation. Scope, timing, fees, and deliverables follow the agreement for each order.

We are not Google, Google Play, Dun & Bradstreet, OSS, a government body, a law firm, or a decision-making authority. Platform and agency decisions remain outside NexConsole's control.

3. Customer responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering an agreement.
  • Provide genuine, accurate, current, and lawfully obtained information and documents.
  • Hold the rights or authority over relevant accounts, businesses, apps, and documents.
  • Keep passwords, OTPs, recovery codes, and account access confidential.
  • Review and approve material actions taken on the customer's behalf.
  • Comply with applicable law and platform policies.

4. Prohibited use

Services must not be used for:

  • False documents, identity manipulation, impersonation, or misleading statements.
  • Accessing, taking over, selling, or transferring an account without lawful permission.
  • Evading policy enforcement, sanctions, verification, or platform security systems.
  • Illegal activity, fraud, intellectual-property infringement, or harm to another party.

5. Fees, payment, and changes

Prices, currency, payment schedule, third-party fees, and scope are stated in a quotation or confirmed conversation. Work may begin after the required payment is received.

Out-of-scope requests, data changes, customer delays, or new platform requirements may require additional time and fees with customer approval.

6. No guarantee of platform outcomes

We aim to provide reasonable and professional assistance, but do not guarantee approval, verification, ranking, third-party processing times, revenue, freedom from suspension, or permanent account standing.

7. Intellectual property

NexConsole website content, branding, design, and materials may not be copied or commercially used without permission. Customers retain ownership of materials they supply. Rights to custom deliverables follow the written agreement.

8. Suspension and termination

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate services where we reasonably suspect unlawful conduct, invalid documents, misuse, security threats, overdue payment, or a breach of these terms.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. The parties will first try to resolve disputes through good-faith communication. Unresolved disputes may be brought before a competent court in Indonesia.
