Certain Play Console features and distribution programs require an account to have completed organization verification. Without it, account capabilities may be restricted under specific conditions.
Documents Required for Organization Verification
The primary document needed is proof of formal business registration, such as a business registration number, a notarial deed of incorporation, or an equivalent document issued by a competent authority. The document must show the organization name and a registration date that is still valid.
In addition to the business document, Google may request identity confirmation for the authorized account holder, such as a national ID or passport of the director or authorized officer. All information must be consistent with the data registered in the Play Console profile.
